Digital Media Church is a registered nonprofit foundation in Albania, officially established by court decision and listed with the Albanian tax authorities under identification number M51601453I. Our mission is to bring real hope and practical solutions to young people in Albania through free digital skills training, mentorship, and opportunity — all rooted in faith and delivered through the local church.

Our foundation emerged from a critical need. Every year, thousands of young Albanians emigrate in search of low-paying, often undocumented jobs abroad. This ongoing crisis leaves families separated and communities depleted — socially, spiritually, and economically. Many youths feel trapped in poverty, with limited access to education and modern job tools.

We believe the solution starts by empowering youth right where they are. That’s why we transform local churches into digital training centers, offering free programs in social media management, graphic design, and web development. These are not just trendy fields — they’re essential skills in today’s remote-first economy. With them, a young person can serve international clients, earn an ethical income, and build a stable future — without ever leaving Albania.

Our courses are intensive and practical, spanning 3 months (a total of 72 hours), followed by 12 months of mentorship. We guide each student to find their path — whether as a freelancer, remote worker, or digital entrepreneur. Laptops are provided during the course, and students have ongoing access to classrooms, ensuring that lack of equipment is never a barrier to success.

We are guided by a Board of Directors composed of respected Christian leaders in Albania — individuals known for integrity, wisdom, and vision. We operate with full transparency, accountability, and a heart for lasting change.

At Digital Media Church, we believe a church should serve more than just the soul. It should support the whole person. That’s why we are building a model where faith and technology work together — creating environments where youth are mentored, equipped, and released to rebuild Albania rather than leave it.

How It Works: A Church-Based Model for Community Empowerment

At Digital Media Church, we’ve pioneered a unique model that fuses faith and innovation by transforming local churches into centers of digital empowerment.

Rather than constructing new buildings, we partner with churches across Albania, turning them into accessible learning environments for both church members and the wider community. Each church is equipped with laptops and tools, creating an inclusive, hands-on space for real learning.

In rural areas, where access to personal computers is scarce, this ensures no youth is left behind. Meanwhile, in cities like Tirana, while devices may be more available, the need for structured, guided mentorship remains vital.

Our model is also built for long-term sustainability. After training ends, laptops remain in the church, converting the space into a permanent digital hub. Youth can continue to use these tools for school, freelancing, or launching their own digital projects.
