During Days 19 and 20 of our church-based digital training in Albania, students took the next major step in their learning journey by moving from theory into full hands-on application. The focus was on two of the most essential platforms for building a professional digital presence: Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.

On Day 19, students followed a detailed walkthrough by the instructor. They learned how to manage a Facebook Page, schedule posts, interpret performance insights, and prepare for paid campaigns. This gave them a strategic understanding of how social media platforms work in a real business context.

Day 20 shifted into full practice. Each student accessed their own setup, explored Meta Ads Manager, and learned how to build campaigns from scratch — including setting objectives, defining audiences, adjusting budgets, and monitoring results. It was their first direct experience with the tools that power remote digital jobs in Albania and beyond.

This stage of the training is a turning point. Our participants move from being passive users to becoming confident, strategic social media managers — fully capable of managing digital projects and offering services both to local businesses and global clients.
