Days 21–22 – Turning Knowledge into Action with Meta Ads Manager
As part of our church-based digital training in Albania, Days 21 and 22 marked the transition from learning to doing. After completing the theoretical modules of the course, our students entered the final phase of training: real-world application using Meta Ads Manager.
On Day 21, students reviewed campaign structure and strategy, reinforcing everything they had learned about ad objectives, audience segmentation, and budgeting. Then, on Day 22, they took the lead themselves. Each student independently created ad campaigns for Facebook and Instagram, applying their skills to build and simulate real marketing content.
This hands-on practice is critical for those looking to launch a career in social media management. It helps bridge the gap between classroom learning and the demands of the digital job market — especially for those seeking remote digital jobs or opportunities to work from home in Albania.
By the end of this module, participants not only understood how to manage ads, but also how to think strategically, measure performance, and optimize content for results — skills that are essential for professional digital media creators, freelancers, and marketing specialists.
At Digital Media Church, we are committed to empowering youth with free access to social media training in Albania, helping them build real careers without having to leave their country. Every step of our program is designed to give them tools, confidence, and global opportunity rooted in their local community.
