Gjergji Kollumbi is the Founder and Executive Director of Digital Media Church, a nonprofit foundation dedicated to equipping Albanian youth with digital skills and professional mentorship to build sustainable careers without leaving their homeland.
With over 20 years of experience in graphic design, photography, and social media management, Gjergji has developed a strong reputation as a digital professional, working with clients both in Albania and abroad. His trusted tool is always with him — a laptop — because he believes that “the office is wherever you are” when you work online.
Since 2013, Gjergji has led Art Graphic Studio, a creative business offering publishing services, graphic and web design, and multimedia production. Through this platform, he has introduced Albanian readers to internationally renowned authors such as Joyce Meyer and John Bevere.
Having seen firsthand how remote work has transformed his own life and that of many others, Gjergji felt called to offer the same opportunity to young Albanians — to learn, grow, and earn online, while staying rooted in their families and communities.
With the experience he has built over the years, Gjergji is confident that this initiative will be impactful and successful in shaping the next generation of professionals in Albania.

Hervin Fushekati is a prominent Christian leader and pastor in Albania. Born into a Muslim family, he converted to Christianity at the age of 17 and has since dedicated his life to serving God.¹ ²
Hervin has played a crucial role in planting and pastoring several churches in Albania. He is also the founder and leader of the International School of Theology and Leadership (ISTL) in Tirana, which has trained many students who have gone on to plant over 100 churches and initiate various ministries and missionary work.
In addition to his pastoral work, Hervin serves as the Albania Director for Living Water–Adopt a Child, a role he took on in 2019. He is also the leader of the Church of God (COG) denomination in Albania, which has a growing number of churches.
He is known for his passion for church planting, Christian education, discipleship, and mentoring, and has been serving in ministry for over 30 years.
Now, as part of Digital Media Church Albania, Hervin is committed to helping achieve even greater impact, expanding the reach of the gospel through innovative digital platforms and transforming lives across Albania and beyond.
Zefjan Nikolla graduated from Tirana University with a degree in English Language and Literature (1995), followed by a degree in Albanian Language and Literature (2009). He holds a Certificate of Achievement from the Albanian Bible Institute (1997) and a Master of Divinity from the European Southeastern Theological Seminary (2008). Zefjan has also completed numerous national and international trainings in theology, leadership, lobbying, and public speaking.
Zefjan came to faith in 1991 and has since been the cofounder and leader of several ministries, as well as national and international initiatives. He was part of the New Testament translation team for the “Së Bashku” Version, a significant contribution to Albania’s Christian resources.

Pastor Erion Cuni is a respected Albanian church leader with over 25 years of ministry experience, now serving as a key board member at Digital Media Church Albania. As founder of Life in Christ Church of God and Senior Pastor at Living Water Adopt A Child Albania, Erion brings deep pastoral wisdom, proven leadership, and a passion for reaching unreached communities.
Through his work with Christianity Explored Albania and Prison Fellowship Albania, Erion has overseen church planting, evangelism, mentoring, youth ministry, and social outreach—building strong foundations of integrity and service. His academic background includes a BA in Pastoral Care, a BA in Theology, and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies, equipping him to train and coach the next generation of Albanian church leaders.
At Digital Media Church, Pastor Erion plays a vital role in ensuring accountability, transparency, and spiritual vision. His commitment to spreading the gospel through innovative digital platforms supports the church’s mission to connect faith communities, inspire generosity, and demonstrate God’s love across Albania and beyond.
Erion is married, a father of two, and enjoys music, cars, football, and fitness. His leadership strengthens the credibility and mission of Digital Media Church Albania, assuring donors and partners that the ministry is guided by experienced, trustworthy hands.
