At Digital Media Church, a nonprofit organization based in Albania, our mission is to equip young people across churches and communities with free digital media training — giving them the tools they need to thrive in today’s global economy without leaving their country.
We believe that churches can be powerful engines of social and economic transformation. That’s why we are turning them into digital training centers where youth can gain in-demand skills such as social media management, graphic design, and web development. Every course is 100% free, removing financial barriers that often keep Albanian youth from accessing meaningful education.
As Albania faces rising emigration and depopulation, thousands of young people are leaving each year to work low-paying, unstable jobs abroad — often without contracts, protections, or long-term hope. Our goal is to break that cycle by helping youth learn digital skills, build a career, and work remotely, all while staying close to their families, churches, and communities.
